If I do not end up dorming, will that put me at a disadvantage in terms of finding internships or getting involved with other CS students/clubs?. How good is the CS department compared to SLO?. SLO Cons- 4 hours away from home (being close to home is important for personal reasons), 48k tuition total for 4 years ( will have to take out loans), won't see my dogs often:(ĬPP Pros- 50 min from home, tuition will be covered by aid if I do not dorm( and if I do dorm it will be cheaper than SLO),ĬPP Cons- Have heard its not as good as SLO in regards to internships and jobs SLO Pros- Considered one of the best for CS (so I've heard), great internship and job opportunities, located in a nice town with great weather. I'll list some pros and cons for each school and some questions about CPP. I have been accepted into both for CS and need some help deciding which to choose.
